福岡市中央区薬院２丁目の炭焼き野菜とワイン「ユクス」で、
5/12日曜日、レセプションが行われました。
素敵なテーブルです。
さて、いろいろと注文してみます。
炭焼き野菜の盛り合わせ。
筍はもうすぐおしまいなのが残念。
ヤングコーン、トマト、そらまめ、新じゃが
新じゃがは、出汁がしみ込ませてあります。
野菜の焼き浸し
お出汁がとてもおいしい！
超オススメです。
宮崎鶏のもも焼き
プリップリでジューシー！
他にも、写真はないですが、
宮崎鶏のロートロ、煮卵くんせい、ほうれん草オムレツ、レンコンのキッシュ、自家製ソーセージ、自家製ピクルス、生ハム、つくね、いろいろ野菜のサラダ、、、
ほぼ全メニューが登場してました。
そうそう、パンも自家製で、これまた絶品。
で、飲み物はこちらの日本ワインたち。
白は結構しっかりした飲み口。
赤はすっきりした飲み口のものが多かったかな。
渋みよりも酸味が効いたものが好きなので、とてもおいしく頂けました。
私としては栃木の農民ロッソが一番好きだったかな。
熊のラベルのボトルは微炭酸、無濾過でおいしいです。
